Damian has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She began her journey with a meditation of profound bliss during a P90X Yoga DVD (!!) at 12 years old. Since, loving awareness has been the compass of their practice.

He is inspired by the poetics of yoga. Their classes are playful, energetic, inclusive, inviting and immersive. On and off the mat, Damian is committed to helping people find their breath, feel into their body, and create community. They teach of finding the sacred in the mundane, and of the lifestyle of the yogi, on and off the mat.

They have taught classes of over 100 students, weekly classes to men in recovery from drug & alcohol addiction in Austin, and donated a vinyasa flow in full drag to raise thousands of dollars for trans youth in Texas.

Damian received their 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification in the California Redwoods in 2019, and her 300hr in Bali, Indonesia in 2022 with Shivakali Yoga. Since, Damian continued their studios with Gloria Baraquio, living on the Big Island of Hawaii, and assisting a Los Angeles 200hr training with Serge Bandura. Dame is lit up by the nervous system work of Gil Hedley and the boundless teachings on love of Ram Dass. Combined, they have nearly 1,000 hours of training.

Damian has lead yin and vinyasa yoga in Ecuador, Brasil, Buenos Aires, Honduras, Hong Kong and Bali, as they share the yoga and their love of the universe around the world.
